Shopping & Ordering:

Shopping on www.hiltonuawardrobe.com is fun and simple! You can place your order online in a secure encrypted environment for one team member or the whole team.

How to Shop:

There’s two ways to shop. You can either choose your brand from the icons at the bottom of the home page or select your brand from the occupation drop downs at the top of the page. Select the occupation you are purchasing for to see all of the pieces available for men’s and women’s along with a suggested look from the collection.

Ordering:

Ordering your wardrobe is easy!

Once you have selected the item you would like to purchase from your brand, select your color and size from the drop-down menus and input the quantity needed. Once your color, size and quantity is finalized, click the “Add to Cart” button and the item will be added to your shopping cart. Please note – you will only be able to do one color/ one size at a time.

Once you’ve finished shopping, you can review your cart by clicking on the Shopping Cart icon in the top right corner of the screen. From your shopping cart, you may view, modify or delete items and quantities as you wish. Also, you can review and select your shipping method by selecting the state you’re shipping to and inputting the zip code. Once you have finalized your order, click the “Proceed to Checkout” in the bottom corner which will allows you to select your payment method. Once you’ve entered your information, click the “Place Order Now” to submit your order.

International Orders:

To place an International order with a credit card, simply follow the same steps you would for a Domestic Order. International orders are subject to Duties and Taxes and will be applied to your order at checkout. To place an international order via invoice, please contact our Customer Service Center to coordinate your purchase. We will not refund the customer for merchandise, shipping, or return shipping if a package is abandoned internationally.

Product Search:

If you are looking for a specific product, the top navigation bar has a quick search icon. Click on the magnifying glass icon and a text box will be generated. Within this field you may enter the product name, for example, if you type "pants" in this field, you will then be directed to a search results page with images and prices of all the pants available for purchase. Click on any of the images to see additional information about the product.

 Sales Tax:

G&G Outfitters. Inc. is required by law to collect and remit, certain State and Local Taxes, when applicable. Items sold from this site that are shipped to destinations in the following states may be subject to tax:

Shipping Information

Your order will ship based on the shipping method selected at check out. Please allow applicable time for delivery based on shipping method selected and shipping destination.

Providing your email address at checkout allows you to receive an Automatic Shipment Notification when you order has shipped. This notification is generated within a few hours of your package shipping and includes a description of your order and a tracking link for your shipment.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO Boxes.

International Shipping:

All international orders from this webstore ship via DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). By prepaying for Duties and Taxes, most packages move quickly through the customs clearing process. In the unlikely event that your package(s) are delayed in customs, our customer service team will work closely with you and our international shipping partner, UPS, to assist in clearing your package(s) through customs. Please be sure to include your email contact information during checkout, in case you need to be contacted with regards to customs delays.

Exchanges & Returns

We handle exchanges and returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers satisfied and providing the Perfect Customer Experience.

Return Policy:

We stand behind our products and want our customers to be satisfied with them. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a complete exchange or refund less shipping charges to the original form of payment.

Time Frame:

You may exchange or return merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 30 days of purchase.

What if it’s worn?

We will not accept product(s) if worn by a Hilton employee.

Returns:

The Return/Exchange Form is found within your Order Confirmation Email. Please contact our Customer Service Center at 1.855.240.7325 to coordinate your refund or exchange. Please return your item(s) to the address below using the prepaid shipping label:

Refunds:

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment upon receipt and inspection of merchandise.

  • If ordered was placed by credit card, we will credit your account within 14 business days.
  • Shipping Charges – Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

Exchanges:

If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new merchandise and credited for the returned merchandise upon receipt and inspection. For international returns and exchanges, please note that we will not be able to refund duties, taxes or tariffs.
